Opening (5–10 minutes) We settle into a calm shared space. You share your questions or intentions (relationships, life purpose, current challenges, or simply “What do I most need to know?”). Spirit meets you exactly as you are. The Channeling (30–50 minutes) I relax, attune, and allow the guides to speak directly through me while remaining fully conscious and present. My voice may soften or slow slightly. The energy often feels warm, expansive, and deeply loving. The guides respond to your questions with precision, compassion, and empowerment offering clarity, soul-level insights, gentle reframing, and affirmation. You may ask follow-ups anytime. Closing (5–10 minutes) We return to ordinary awareness. I share any final impressions or practical suggestions. We briefly reflect on what resonated most.
